Tom White is the Director of Fleet and Procurement for the North Gas Division of Artera. In his role, Tom oversees the full lifecycle of fleet assets – from acquisition and maintenance to disposal – ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the board.
Tom joined Feeney Brothers in 2011 and has been instrumental in building and scaling the fleet department. His strategic approach to procurement and deep industry expertise have helped shape the company’s fleet operations for long-term success. Tom holds a B.S. in Political Science from Merrimack College.
